Chisholm Meats was formed in 1972 by David and Faye Chisholm. Over the years the Company grew and David was joined by his son, Greg who now owns and runs the Company along with his wife, Karon.

David’s philosophy has always been to concentrate on good quality and customer service. That philosophy continues today.

Chisholm Meats runs a modern factory in Strathfield, where our team cuts thousands of steaks each day. We supply a same day service and deliver to most parts of Sydney. This means that the steak you receive today, was cut today. This guarantees a freshness second to none.

Chisholm Meats operates Monday to Saturday and offers next day delivery. If you phone before 7.00am we can deliver on the same day.

Our factory is HACCP certified and is Safe Food NSW licenced.
